Senior Pastor Benjamin Wiltrout and his wife, Pastor Amanda, founded Light On The Hill Outreach Church on January 11th, 2015. Pastor Benjamin is a graduate of Valor Christian college. Pastor Amanda, pastors alongside of her husband and is administration director as well as a member of the worship team.
